As a coach, curriculum developer, workshop facilitator, and author, Paul’s life and career has been dedicated to field of self-development and to affecting positive change through storytelling and conversations initially as a psychotherapist and now as Professional Certified Coach [PCC] accredited by the International Coach Federation.

A contracted coach for multi-national companies to start-ups in tech, non-profits, mortgage and media, he employs creativity, technology and the neuroscience of habit formation to serve his clients towards positive results. Paul is also a certified Strategic Play workshop facilitator in LEGO® Serious Play® methods where he supports teams and groups towards creative problem solving, strategy and team development by engaging minds at a deeper thinking level using highly visual, tactile, and auditory methods that create emotional responses within an experiential framework.

Paul holds a Master’s in Psychology – Marriage & Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration-Marketing from the USC Marshall School of Business.

When he is not volunteering his time as the Director of Programming for the ICF-Los Angeles Chapter, you can find him watching his favorite hometown team, the Dodgers or on the bike in his favorite spin class.
