Michele brings over 25 years of expertise in business strategy, organization effectiveness and operational excellence, with sharp business acumen, she coaches leaders to embrace the power of transformational leadership to enhance company culture and drive sustainable growth. 

As a seasoned consultant in Leadership and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Michele believes that exemplary leadership is the cornerstone to meaningful organizational change. By equipping leaders with the tools and guidance to amplify their unique strengths, she helps them build teams and organizations that value diversity, honor individualism, foster inclusion, and achieve collaborative success. 

Michele’s extensive experience spans a wide variety of industries and renowned organizations, including Boeing, Shell Global, GlaxoSmithKline, Heineken, Autodesk Inc., the University of Texas and the Boys and Girls Club of America, to name a few. She also dedicates her expertise to nonprofit work serving on the boards of The Academy Project, Beyond Us & Them, and Harvard W3D. 

In academia, Michele has served as an adjunct professor for the Master of Science in Management and Leadership program at Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School. Her professional certifications include Gallup®, The Co-Active® Training Institute, The Leadership Challenge®, EQ 2.0 & EQ 360® and MBTI®.  Additionally, she holds Certificates in Change Management, Conflict Management and Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, and a Certificate in HR Management from Loyola Marymount University. 

Michele’s academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Harvard University, and a Master of Business Administration from KEDGE (formerly Bordeaux Business School). 

An avid traveler and gastronome, Michelle is also a Certified Sommelier. She resides in Los Angeles, California, with her husband and dog where she enjoys hiking in the mountains, walking on the beach and exploring the city’s vibrant cultural and entertainment offerings.
