Lorynn Walton is a transformational human resources consultant with nearly two decades of experience helping organizations optimize performance, strengthen compliance, and enable scalable growth. She brings a rare dual perspective – combining deep financial acumen gained from more than 16 years in the food industry as a Financial Controller before focusing her career exclusively on HR. This background enables her to approach every challenge from both a business and people perspective. 

Lorynn leverages technology to deliver measurable results through the alignment of HR strategy with operational priorities. She has successfully led the selection, implementation, and optimization of HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and learning management systems (LMS) - streamlining processes, reducing administrative inefficiencies, accelerating hiring timelines, and boosting workforce engagement. Her expertise ranges across strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational design, with experience guiding both union and non-union workforces through periods of growth, integration, and transformation. 

Her industry experience spans aviation/aerospace, manufacturing, construction, hospitality staffing, gig technology, and financial services. She has also partnered with small to mid-sized companies to modernize HR infrastructure, implement AI-driven process improvements, and build scalable systems for long-term growth. 

Lorynn holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pepperdine University. She is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified by the HR Certification Institute, with specialized training in compliance, diversity, and organizational development.
