Jacob Saldaña is a performance coach and Stress Resiliency Expert who helps individuals and teams build real capacity—not just cope with stress, but perform through it.
His work sits at the intersection of physical training and nervous system regulation, with a focus on using stress as a tool for adaptation. Drawing from his background in endurance sports, strength training, breathwork, and recovery science, Jacob teaches clients how to intentionally apply stress, regulate their response, and recover effectively—building resilience that holds up in real-world conditions.
He is the founder of Mohawk Wellness Collective in Los Angeles and Space BAR Wellness in Seattle—two community-driven wellness spaces centered around proactive self-care. Through these platforms, he has worked with athletes, founders, and high-performing professionals to develop systems for sustained performance, recovery, and nervous system regulation.
Jacob’s approach is practical and applied. He integrates controlled stress exposure, breathwork, and recovery protocols into simple, repeatable systems that help clients stay composed, think clearly, and maintain output under pressure.

Outside of his work, Jacob is an avid endurance athlete and enjoys spending time training, exploring new cities through running, and building community through shared wellness experiences.
