SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Subscriber and EXPERT EFFECT, along with its team of Coaches and Experts (collectively, the “Company”).

Services

  • Unlimited 15- or 30-minute Zoom sessions per calendar month (based on availability)

  • Access to HR, Specialized HR, Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership, Body Resiliency, and Mental Performance Experts

  • Two sessions per month may be transferred to employees within the executive’s division

  • Ability to request one-on-one connections with Executive Nexus members

Per the International Coaching Federation (ICF), coaching is a thought-provoking and creative partnership that helps clients maximize personal and professional potential. Coaching is distinct from counseling, therapy, mentoring, consulting, and training.

Stress Resiliency Sessions
Support in strengthening mental and physical resilience for sustained high performance

Subscription Fee

Subscriber agrees to pay a monthly subscription fee charged at the beginning of each calendar month.

  • Cancel by the 15th → ends that month

  • Cancel after the 15th → ends the following month

  • Fees are non-refundable once services begin

  • Payment is not contingent on specific outcomes

Confidentiality

All information shared is confidential unless there is risk of harm.

If the subscription is employer-paid and serious workplace issues arise (e.g., harassment, labor law violations, safety concerns, theft), the Coach/Expert and Subscriber will strategize on how to share appropriately. The Coach/Expert may use professional judgment if the Subscriber is unwilling to disclose.

Liability

The Company does not guarantee specific results or outcomes. All decisions and results are the responsibility of the Subscriber.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Coaches/Experts operate independently, and the Company is not responsible for their individual actions or performance.
