AGREEMENT

This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Subscriber and EXPERT EFFECT, along with its team of Coaches and Experts (collectively, the “Company”).

Services

Subscriber can book an unlimited number of 15- or 30-minute Zooms during a calendar month with an HR Expert, Specialized HR Expert, Organizational Effectiveness Expert, Leadership Coach/Expert, Body Resiliency Expert, or Mind Resiliency Expert who has availability during the requested time frame of the Subscriber. 

Two Zooms per month are transferable to employees within the executive’s division.

In addition, the Subscriber can request one-on-one connections with fellow Executive Nexus members that will be coordinated by the Company.

These Expert provide the Executive with strategic thought partnership, expert insight, and actionable guidance in areas of deep expertise.

Our credentialed Leadership Coaches partner with leaders to deepen awareness of how they are perceived and to implement meaningful behavioral shifts that elevate overall leadership effectiveness.

Per the International Coaching Federation (ICF), coaching is defined as a partnership with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaching is a client-driven process that’s distinct from other service professions, such as counseling, therapy mentoring, consulting and training.

Our team of high-caliber Stress-Resiliency Experts support executives in strengthening the resilience of their mind and body to stress, enabling sustained high performance.

Subscription Fee

Subscriber agrees to pay Company a monthly or annual subscription fee for the services described in this Agreement, which will be charged in full at the beginning of each monthly subscription period (or at the beginning of each annual subscription period) to the credit card provided by Subscriber and kept on file by the Company. 

If the Subscriber is not satisfied with the sessions or value adds provided by the Company, the Subscriber should share this feedback with the Company’s Biz Ops Team by emailing info@ExpertEffect.com.

If Subscriber continues to be unsatisfied after the above step, Subscriber may request to cancel the subscription by providing written notice to the Company.

Upon cancellation, if the Subscriber is paying a monthly Subscription Fee, the subscription will cancel at the end of the current monthly billing cycle. 

Upon cancellation, if the Subscriber paid an annual Subscription Fee, the Company will refund to Subscriber the prorated portion of the annual Subscription Fee covering any full months remaining in the subscription period.

Subscriber agrees to maintain a valid credit card on file at all times. If a payment is declined or otherwise unsuccessful, Company may reattempt the charge and may suspend services until payment is successfully processed.

All fees paid under this Agreement are for access to the Company’s services, time, and availability, and are non-refundable once services have commenced. The Subscriber acknowledges that payment is not contingent upon the achievement of any specific outcome or result.

Confidentiality

The Coach/Expert promises the Subscriber that all information shared with Coach/Expert will be kept confidential unless, in the opinion of the Coach/Expert, the Subscriber is believed to be an imminent danger to themselves or an imminent danger to another individual.  In addition, if the subscription is paid for by the employer of the Subscriber, and the Subscriber divulges information regarding a serious workplace issue such as harassment, labor law violations, safety, or theft, the Coach/Expert and Subscriber will strategize on how this information should be shared with the employer, and the Coach/Expert will need to utilize their own judgment on whether or not this information will be shared with the employer if the Subscriber is unwilling to do so. 

Liability

While the Company is committed to delivering high-quality support, the Company does not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or achievements. The Subscriber understands that all decisions, actions, and results arising from the services are solely the responsibility of the Subscriber.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the services provided, including, without limitation, any impact on the Subscriber’s career, business, or personal outcomes.

While the Company takes care in selecting its Coaches/Experts, such individuals operate independently, and the Company shall not be responsible for their acts, omissions, or performance.
