Dave is an experienced, driven and creative professional with over 25 years of strategic Human Resources and Risk Management experience in the manufacturing, logistics, community development and aerospace industries. 

In addition to supporting large companies such as United Parcel Services before joining the EXPERT EFFECT Team, he has built HR Departments from the ground up as Vice President of Human Resources.

Throughout his career Dave has fostered collaborative relationships with Executive Management Teams and Board of Directors while developing cross functional partnerships within organizations.

He strives to align Human Resources best practices with Organizational Strategies and has designed best practice training programs that enhance performance, engagement and retention.  Dave also has a sustained record of maintaining healthy and safe work environments that enhance organizational growth & stability.

He is most proud of coaching and developing individuals not only in the workplace but in all phases of his life while maintaining longstanding friendships.

Dave is a So Cal native and lives with his wife and best friend, Liz in Orange County. Dave enjoys riding his bike, playing golf & pickle ball and coaching youth sports. He is an avid BBQ guy and competes in competition BBQ events.  Dave has also served on many Non-Profits Boards in Southern California.
