Currently residing in Los Angeles, Wendy loves to travel and has had the opportunity to live in Japan, China, and France as an expat. These experiences have helped her develop cultural insights and a love for food and people, making her job as an HR professional even more meaningful.

After launching her career in Executive Search, she received a master’s degree in organizational management while working in human resources for Target Corporation. Passionate about the employee journey, Wendy has been able to create meaningful talent acquisition programs, performance management systems, and cultural awareness initiatives for companies such as Breville USA (a consumer goods company) and Shanghai American School.

As an HR business partner, Wendy enjoys collaborating with leaders to ensure business objectives are being met while helping to create a positive work environment for all. In addition, she has solid specialized experience with HRIS, workers’ compensation and employee benefits.

When she’s not working, you will find her traveling and spending time with her family.
