With nearly two decades of dynamic human resources and culture building experience, Victor specializes in employee relations, levering technology, policy development, navigating employment law, leading through periods of rapid change, and navigating unionized environments. He excels in aligning HR priorities with the employee experience to drive organizational goals. His collaborative approach with leaders and employees at all levels fosters mutual respect and productivity.

Victor has contributed to major corporations like Chevron, Nabors Industries, and NBCUniversal. Victor has also served at two of the world’s most esteemed universities – the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the University of Southern California (USC). Additionally, he has provided HR support to tech giant Meta Platforms (Facebook) and BeiGene – a pioneering entity focusing on cancer research. He has also cultivated his HR and people leader skills on a global scale by working in diverse environments such as Venezuela and Nigeria.

Rooted in personal experiences, Victor is passionate about helping organizations fulfill their diversity and inclusion (DEI) goals, which he does through crafting tailored DEI frameworks, trainings, and interventions to unlock workforce potential.

Victor holds a BA in Psychology with Special Honors from the University of Texas at Austin, an MS in Human Resources from Purdue University, and a JD from Loyola Law School. Currently, Victor also serves on the board of a non-profit focusing on eradicating homelessness in Los Angeles.
