Trina brings a wealth of experience in HR systems support and administration, project management, and process optimization. With over five years in the HR field, she has successfully managed training and education for a national non-profit and supported HRIS, talent acquisition, and employee relations for various organizations. Currently, she is further developing her expertise at EXPERT EFFECT, focusing on leaves of absence management, benefits administration/reconciliation, and HR compliance.  

A lifelong learner, Trina is studying for her PHRca exam and is dedicated to creating better workplaces. She thrives on change and values the connections she builds with others.  

Outside of her professional pursuits, Trina is committed to her family's home education journey and embracing a lifestyle rooted in faith, love and adventure. She also serves as a Girl Scout co-leader and prioritizes a healthy balance of work and play.
