She has held independent positions as Educator, School Director, Operations Director & HR Director. Stacie views herself as a life-long learner and currently continues her education to obtain her doctorate in Law.

She maintains a relational approach with employee relations and specializes in organizational structure, HR processes, training of all types, employee handbooks, standard operating procedures, restructuring, performance management, and employee retention. In addition, she enjoys working strategically with management on how to be more effective at operational fluidity, best practice & cost savings.
