ACCESS PLAN AGREEMENT

This Access Plan Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Subscriber and EXPERT EFFECT, along with its team of Leadership Coaches and Mental Performance Experts (collectively, the “Company”).

Services

  • Unlimited 15- or 30-minute Micro Leadership Coaching sessions via Zoom (based on availability)

  • Unlimited 15-minute Micro Mental Resiliency sessions via Zoom (based on availability)

  • Sessions are non-transferable

Intended Outcomes

Micro Leadership Coaching Sessions
Our credentialed Leadership Coaches partner with leaders to deepen awareness of how they are perceived and implement meaningful behavioral shifts that elevate overall leadership effectiveness.

Per the International Coaching Federation (ICF), coaching is a thought-provoking and creative partnership that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaching is distinct from counseling, therapy, mentoring, consulting, and training.

Micro Mental Resiliency Sessions
Our Mental Performance Experts support executives in strengthening the resilience of their mind and body to stress, enabling sustained high performance.

Subscription Fee

Subscriber agrees to pay a monthly subscription fee charged at the beginning of each calendar month.

  • Cancel by the 15th → ends that month

  • Cancel after the 15th → ends the following month

  • Fees are non-refundable once services begin

  • Payment is not contingent on specific outcomes

Confidentiality

All information shared will remain confidential unless there is risk of harm.

If the subscription is employer-paid and serious workplace issues arise (e.g., harassment, labor law violations, safety concerns, theft), the Coach/Expert and Subscriber will strategize on how to appropriately share the information. The Coach/Expert may use professional judgment if the Subscriber is unwilling to disclose.

Liability

The Company does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or achievements. All decisions and results are the responsibility of the Subscriber.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Leadership Coaches and Mental Performance Experts operate independently, and the Company is not responsible for their individual actions or performance.
