Krista is an HR Consultant with over 20 years of experience in multiple industries including healthcare, technology, marketing, advertising, media and professional services. She has held senior HR leadership roles with Egg Strategy, Factory Design and Code Labs, Beatport Music, HealthOne, Motive, and The Integer Group (Omnicom). Her experience spans the USA, Canada, Switzerland, Germany and China.

She specializes in talent acquisition and development, performance management, training, coaching, benefit plan design, HRIS implementation, employee relations, employee investigations, legal compliance, compensation and reductions in force.

Krista harbors a special enthusiasm for assisting early-stage ventures in overcoming their distinctive HR hurdles, building adaptable systems to support their growth trajectory.

Additionally, Krista is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and Renison College in Canada with degrees in Social Science, Social Work and Counseling. She holds multiple HR certifications including SPHR and SHRM-SCP.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Krista has an interesting past as a professional skier, accomplished marathoner and as a trained chef and sommelier. When not hiking, skiing or just enjoying the outdoors, she loves to prepare meals and entertain friends and family.
