Kate has solid HR experience across all US states, including California, and most Canadian provinces. She has served as the Director of Human Resources for a multi-state law firm, as well as at a US/Canada-based technology company.   

Her Human Resources background spans all areas of Human Resources, including a focus on employee performance management, onboarding/offboarding, navigating COVID in the workplace, implementing guidelines and procedures, benefits administration, leave management, and talent acquisition.  Industry experience includes legal, SaaS, technology, professional services, healthcare, and government. 

Kate holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois.

In her free time, Kate spends her days with her husband, two sons, and her many animals, including her four English Bulldogs.  She’s a die-hard Chicago Bears fan, and she enjoys shopping and trying new restaurants.
