Karina thrives in dynamic environments and uses her charisma to build strong connections. 

Prior to joining EXPERT EFFECT, Karina taught abroad in Madrid, Spain where she refined her Spanish speaking abilities and learned to navigate diverse backgrounds and cultures. She gained experience as a Human Resources Assistant for a non-profit that promotes the professional and personal development of Latina leadership.  

Karina received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UCLA and is passionate about helping others along their professional journey. 

In her spare time, Karina enjoys salsa dancing, hiking, and spending time with her family.
