Her career spans multiple industries, including hospitality and travel & leisure, where she has consistently delivered thoughtful, people-center solutions that support both organizational performance and employee engagement. In her former role as Human Resources Manager at Mt. Baldy Resort, she supported all levels of the organization to attract and retain part-time and full-time staff.   

Jessica adds value through practical problem-solving and a genuine enthusiasm for serving organizations and their teams. Recognized for her ability to foster positive workplace cultures, Jessica excels at aligning human capital strategies with broader organizational goals.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California (USC) and maintains professional certifications in Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Product Management, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and operational excellence.

Based in the Greater Los Angeles Area, Jessica values the region’s diversity, innovation, and proximity to nature. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is engaged with her community and enjoys skiing & hiking with her husband and three young children.
