Eric’s human resources experience spans a wide array of administrative and HR functions, including onboarding, recruiting support, benefits enrollment, compliance documentation and new hire orientations. He is known for his keen eye for process improvement, his consistent focus on operational efficiency and meticulous attention to detail. 

His professional journey began in the hospitality industry, where he developed a deep appreciation for client satisfaction and service excellence. He advanced to Food and Beverage Manager at the Beverly Hilton Hotel before transitioning into HR roles at prominent companies such as Amazon and Smartsheet, where he contributed to both People Operations and Recruiting teams. Eric thrives in collaborative environments that value strong interpersonal communication and collaboration.  

Outside of work, Eric enjoys finding new hiking trails, discovering local food spots, and connecting with dogs along the way – always on the lookout for his next four-legged friend.
