Sandy Rábago-Aguiar is an expert in the management of mid to large size operations in the functions of human resources and payroll.

Most recently Sandy served as the Senior Vice President of Employee-Shared Services for Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), The STAPLES Center, Los Angeles Kings and its many subsidiaries.

Before joining AEG, Sandy was Corporate Director of Payroll Operations for Bowne & Co. Before her time in the financial services sector, Sandy was a Payroll Manager at Marshall Industries (2nd largest electronics distributor), where she specialized in national and international payroll and other taxation.

Her passion is connecting with people and helping others to see their strengths.
