Olivia is an HR Consultant with over 15 years of experience in multiple industries including retail, entertainment, food & beverage and technology. She has held senior HR leadership roles with Lord & Taylor, Mattel, Kirkland Home and Paramount Pictures. In addition, she was Head of Human Resources for Pinkberry and established the strategic HR function for Sky Zone Franchise Group which included Organizational Development and Talent Management plans.

She specializes in HR processes, talent acquisition, performance management, HRIS implementation, employee relations investigations, reward and recognition programs, compliance and organizational structure.

Additionally, Olivia has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Rhodes College.

Olivia is passionate in helping both talent and companies succeed. When she isn’t working, she is at spin class, traveling to Denver to spend time with her growing nephew or on her next world adventure with her boyfriend.
