Bridgett Benmosche

As a Senior HR professional with a career that spans more than 20 years, Bridgett has advised executive leaders on organizational initiatives (including spearheading a COVID-19 Task Force), coached management on performance feedback and staff development designed to retain and motivate employees, and supervised HR teams to ensure that the needs of employees are supported.  

Bridgett has consulted in a myriad of areas in the employment spectrum, including: employee relations/investigations, California labor compliance, recruitment and selection, leave administration, training and development, DEI, compensation and benefits, and organizational planning and strategy.

Her collective experiences and education give her the expertise to provide various deliverables including, but not limited to; Employee Handbooks, Performance Management & Supervisory Training, Compensation/Wage & Hour Compliance, Employee Benefits Negotiations, State and Federal Leave of Absence Regulations, and 401k Plans.

Prior to partnering with EXPERT EFFECT, Bridgett worked in the non-profit sector at mid-size and large organizations that provided services to diverse populations. She was the Director of Human Resources at Crystal Stairs, Inc., WISE & Healthy Aging, and Step Up on Second. Prior to being in the nonprofit space, she held HR roles at ICANN, Farmers Insurance, Inc. and the University of California at Los Angeles.

Bridgett holds a B.A. in Communications, a Certificate in Human Resources and a M.A. in Human Resource Management/Organizational Development.

She is a Los Angeles native and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, yoga, and taking a good hike in the hills.
