Betsy Johnson has human resources and business experience in over twenty industries. She began her consulting career in 1998 and traveled extensively working for a global firm. She also gained hands-on operational experience as the Director of Operations for Magical Elves in the top tier realty tv segment and as co-owner of CFC Chocolatier.

She specializes in organizational structure, HR processes, HR compliance, employee handbooks, compensation analysis/management, standard operating procedures, human resources information systems, data management systems, employee training and employee retention.

From an operational standpoint, Betsy enjoys working strategically with owners and upper level management on how to be more effective and run their businesses more efficiently. She can easily spot cost-savings and recommend and implement procedures and processes to correct the problem quickly. Betsy loves helping businesses of all sizes realize their goals and plan for the future. She has the keen ability to see the big picture and structure a company accordingly, building strength in the appropriate areas and maximizing efficiency and communication with improved bottom-line results. She is currently working on her first non-fiction book focused on this topic.
