Allie considers herself a proactive HR strategist with a passion for helping small to medium companies achieve their HR department goals. Throughout her career, Allie has built HR departments from the ground up and has played a key role in designing and executing HR tools that empower employees and management teams to make the most of their time and resources. Industries of focus for her have included non-profits, distribution, manufacturing, technology, and a bit of experience in the food industry.

She successfully uses a project management style of work to apply technology to HR operations, resulting in process and workflow improvement. As a career HR generalist, she is skilled in benefits administration and management, compensation management, full-cycle recruitment, on/offboarding, policies and procedures, performance management, and general HR audits and compliance.

Allie is a collaborative communicator who is able to forge relationships with people across all levels of an organization as well as with business partners (e.g. vendors, employment attorneys, brokers, etc.). She is well-versed in employee relations and is able to provide advice and guidance and assist in conflict resolution. For the majority of her career, she has also served as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, helping them achieve strategic goals by focusing on the success of related employee and department goals.

Allie is bilingual in English and Spanish and is comfortable communicating directly with staff in both languages.
